Our Story
A love of my kitchen heroes on PBS led me to culinary school.
I was a participant in knowledge bowl (yes chefs do more than cooking competitions). Working for: Thompson Hospitality, Olivet Nazarene University, Sodexo and Central DuPage Hospital enabled me to gather many skills, which I use to bring my joy of cooking to life. At events I like to make eclectic dishes more accesible to my customers through custom menu suggestions.
