A love of my kitchen heroes on PBS led me to culinary school.

I was a participant in knowledge bowl (yes chefs do more than cooking competitions). Working for: Thompson Hospitality, Olivet Nazarene University, Sodexo and Central DuPage Hospital enabled me to gather many skills, which I use to bring my joy of cooking to life.  At events I like to make eclectic dishes more accesible to my customers through custom menu suggestions.

We source our ingredients from as many local vendors as possible.  We buy fresh products and keep inventory low so things come to you at their peek freshness.
